Commissions are one of my favourite parts of being an artist! As I often work from reference photos, it is always an honour to share these oftentimes personal moments and concepts with my clients through the art-making process.

Please read the following information carefully before filling out tHE REQUEST form:
The rates listed in this pricing list are based on one subject portraiture. Additional rates may be applied on a case by case basis depending on the number of subjects/complexity of the artwork.
Prices do not include shipping, which if applicable, is calculated at the time of shipment.
Commissions will be paid at 50% by the client when the contract agreement is signed.
The remaining 50% (+ the cost of shipping, if applicable) will be paid when the commissioned work has been completed.
All payments will be made through e-transfer.
Please be mindful of requested artwork sizes in comparison to your reference photos. Detailed artworks requested on small-scale surfaces will be rejected and you will be asked to fill out the form again. For example, it would be unreasonable to request a realistic oil portrait on a 5x7" surface. Please note the following minimum notice times for a commission varied by chosen medium:
Acrylic Painting (3 months)
Oil Painting (6 months-1 year)
Digital Illustration (1 month)
Pencil Drawing (2 months)
Watercolour (2 months)
Commissions requested prior to the minimum notice times will be subject to a rush fee (calculated at 25% of commission total).
References that require additional work such as combining multiple reference photos or sketching a reference from scratch will be subject to additional fees starting at $10.
Upon completion of the request form, you will be emailed in 3-5 business days with either a commission agreement or questions to clarify any missing details.
